Bedford Harriers Simon North won the Bedford Sprint Series Triathlon on Sunday. The 3-race series consisted of a 400m swim, a 25k cycle and a 5k run. Simon won the series outright having finished in 3rd position in the 1st race, in 2nd position in the 2nd race and in 2nd position again in the 3rd and final race. Well done Simon who collected a prize of a racing bike. Simon completed Sunday's race in 1:04:11

Cathy Johnson also had a good series and was the 2nd lady in Sunday's race in a time of 1:17:08. Cathy won the LV40 category in the series overall. .
