Almost 40 Harriers took part in the 1st cross-country race of this season's Three-Countries X-C League at Northampton. The Harriers finished in 4th position overall with a total of 245 points.

The three lady Harriers to score were Donna McEwen (4th), Carla Fisher (7th) and Jenny Lovesey (28th) = Points Total 28. The seven men to score were Tristan Windley (7th), Mark Pryor (11th), Sean Newbury (29th), David Dorman (32nd), Matt Burgin (33rd), Rob Miller (41st) and Alistair Fadden (53rd) = Points Total 206.

The winning team were Wootton (1st) with 96 points, Ampthill & Flitwick Flyers (2nd) with 166 points and North Herts (3rd) with 208 points.
