Last year I managed a club geriatric best time in the SATUK 10 (4 crossings of the Garonne River in Toulouse) but this  year conditions were most unpleasant - cold, heavy rain and wind - so I was very pleased to finish in 39:10 within a few seconds of last year's time. I also won my category (MV3) by a couple of minutes.
