Well after an absence of over 20 years Norman returns to Triathlon to claim his place in the European Sprint Distance Triathlon championships in Athlone Ireland next summer!!  well I'm pretty sure that 1st and 2nd place in your age group gives you that qualification.  well done Norman fantastic run time and once you get a swimmers wetsuit and a bit more bike practice there'll be no stopping you!
 
Well done to every one else especially Nora and also Lisette who has just recovered from the dreaded swine flu.  Think the bike course was good for us Harriers as it took in much of our December 1/2 marathon route, so we all knew where the hills were!
